Bourdon House, Mayfair

Graduate trainee Helen Soult is the first to admit that not all her work is glamorous – so she was thrilled to be handed a key role on the £14 million sale of the 18th Century Mayfair mansion Bourdon House, the residence of the second Duke of Westminster until his death in 1953. Helen was instrumental in developing the brochure and then closing the sale, as the first point of contact for potential buyers.
